First Blog

It's Christmas Eve 2015 and I'm entering my very first blog post. I recently saw a post on LinkedIn that was a simple quote about F-E-A-R, the anagram described with two meanings: Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything And Rise. Which definition best applies to your attitude? Facing everything and rising is the person I strive to be. Confronting that which is uncomfortable to your very being will lead to your greatest achievements and accomplishments. If you feel uncomfortable and even internally doubt your ability to overcome whatever the obstacle, never speak aloud your doubt; this will surely lead to your doubts coming through. My wife constantly posts sayings and quotes that speak to her and pins them on her Pinterest board and shares them with me. A recent pin she shared, "Look forward with hope, not backward with regret." You don't want to look back on your life and say, "I wish I would have done this or done that."

This is my first post and I'm sure it comes across as rambling. I hope future posts will be better. I want to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
